Hey there, thanks for your support! We’re all about awesome stickers and supporting the 2A organizations that help to preserve our rights. Here’s the scoop on our refund and return policy.
No Refunds or Returns
Our sticker sales are final and we are not accepting returns or refunds at this time. This helps us send more of your purchase to the advocacy groups we support. That said, if something’s truly off (like a damaged sticker), we’ll work with you to make it right. Just double-check your order before submitting your purchase to make sure it’s exactly what you want!
Lost-in-Transit Resends
We ship every order with USPS tracking, so you can keep tabs on your stickers. If your package gets lost—meaning it hasn’t shown up after 30 days (domestic), per USPS tracking—we’ve got you covered! We’ll resend your order for free. Just drop us a line at support@holowerksusa.com with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll take care of it.
Damaged or Defective Stickers
If your stickers ever arrive damaged, let us know within 7 days at support@holowerksusa.com with a quick photo of the issue. We want you stoked about your purchase!
